By using MantisPicks (mantispicks.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

1. What we are

MantisPicks is an independent sports analytics and information platform. We publish predictions, reviews and educational content for entertainment purposes only. We are NOT a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, and we do not hold funds on your behalf.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice. Our predictions are opinion based on public data and are provided as information. Any decision to place a bet with a bookmaker is entirely your own — the risk is yours alone.

3. No guarantees

Betting carries risk. Past performance of our tips does not guarantee future results. Odds shown may change at the bookmaker before you place a bet. We do not guarantee wins, profit, or any specific outcome. You could lose all the money you stake.

4. Eligibility

You may use this site only if:

• Gambling is legal in your country and region.

5. Affiliate relationships

• Interfere with MantisPicks's operation, security, or other users.

Fair-use quotation for reviews or news commentary with attribution is welcomed.

7. Intellectual property

All content on MantisPicks — text, code, design, statistics — is our property or licensed to us. Do not copy substantial parts without permission. The team names, league names and bookmaker names shown are the trademarks of their respective owners; we use them nominatively (to identify the thing) and this does not imply affiliation.

8. Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites (bookmakers, sports data providers, support organisations). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability. Follow them at your own risk.

9. Availability

We try to keep MantisPicks online and the data fresh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Prices, odds and picks are indicative — always verify on the operator's site before betting. If a pick or result is materially wrong, tell us at info@mantispicks.com and we will correct it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MantisPicks is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site — including but not limited to betting losses, missed opportunities, data errors or downtime. This is a free information site; use of any content is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Responsible gambling
